IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT FILE NAMING

Your photo images must be named as follows:

lastname-firstname-number if you are entering more than one image .jpg or .jpeg, all lower case.

Example: smith-bob-3.jpg

Don't know how to rename image file names?  Take the tutorial.

This information goes in the Photo File Name field below and must match the name of the image that you upload.

Note: The file name extension must be .jpg or .jpeg and image file names must be
all lower case.

You must browse your computer to find the path to the photo file you wish to
submit.  (Typing the file name in the box below won't work.)

The maximum allowed file size is 5mb and the server timeout on the upload is 120
seconds.

If we don't receive your upload (which has happened with several entries) we will
email you to make other arrangements.  Thank you.
